The Team <3

A small but mighty team of designers, the Achievers Creative Design team provides design insights and assets across the Achievers organization… AKA 6 people producing, designing, editing, and customizing everything from 100+ slide PowerPoint decks to website overhauls plus friggin’ everything in between for 500 people. Huge shoutout to Sofi, Ray, Eliza, Victor, Caitlin, Adrienne, and plenty of other folks outside the special little designer sphere.

The Role

I’ve tackled a wide range of design projects in my time with Achievers. With my background in animation; motion graphics were an element I wanted to bring to Achievers’ brand. From video content to micro-interactions, I believe a strong set of consistent animation rules can help elevate a brand in a subtle but powerful way.

I’ve been ‘chievin full-time since 2020.

The daily grind

Working in-house means handling lots of last-minute ask from all corners of the company—presentations for the sales team, random print jobs for the marketing team, UX testing, mockups... You name it, I’ve helped with it at some point. Not every ask is glamorous, but every ask does matter to the asker and deserves attention and focus.

Below is a selection of the work I’m most proud of over my time at Achievers. There’s LOTS of other stuff I’ve worked on during my time. On any given day, this page will have a random selection of projects.

Video & Animation

In my time at Achievers, I’ve led many video projects, handling everything from editing to graphics and overall coordination.

The Top Chef Competition

One major project was organizing an internal remote-first Top Chef competition. We used it as B-plot for a way-too-long internal event. We had a lot of footage to edit in a short time, but it was one of the most fun projects I worked on at Achievers. Seventeen videos total.

Templated, automated, sorted

One major undertaking was building a catalogue of campaign assets for customers switching from our legacy product. Posters, digital assets, in-app materials, and videos were initially all a la carte. In order to streamline the process, we created a large set of highly customizable templates using Figma.

Figma’s component system allowed us to create a campaign where each asset can be replaced or re-colored in just a few clicks.

This flexibility ensured that we could quickly adapt to different branding requirements and maintain a cohesive look across all materials.

Cam…pagins?

Campaign construction was a major component of the gig. Built with our enablement team, each of these campaigns was built in 9+ formats—ready for digital and print distribution. Some were static, some were animated. Most were pretty fun.

Other projects included office tours, product teasers, customer testimonials, round-tables, fireside chats, motion graphics, templates, and product demos. All made from scratch, just like grandma used to make. 🤌

Thanks to everyone at Achievers for helping me learn, laugh, and listen. I do my best to ensure the second one on that list is topped up daily.
